Fair Billing Policy

Effective Date: May 5, 2025

BluChip follows a fair billing policy, charging you only for the subscription(s) you purchase.

Each month, you will be billed according to your current subscription plan. Your first credit card charge from BluChip will occur on the day you purchase a Scout plan. If you’re on a monthly payment plan, you will see a charge from BluChip on the one-month anniversary of your original purchase, and subsequent charges will be billed monthly until you cancel.

Paying Quarterly
If you’re paying quarterly, you’ll be billed on the day your subscription is initially activated.

Monthly subscriptions auto-renew. Quarterly Subscriptions do not auto-renew.

Cancellation
You can cancel your paid account at any time.

Refunds
BluChip does not offer refunds, except those governed by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Contact Look-Ups

Unlock verified email and LinkedIn info for your target contacts so you can reach out directly. Each time you unlock a person’s contact information (email, LinkedIn, and more), it counts as a contact look-up. Your plan includes a set number of credits to use toward these look-ups.
