How do I cancel my BluChip Scout subscription?
We’ll be sad to see you go—but if you need to cancel your BluChip Scout subscription, the process is quick and easy.
To cancel your subscription:
Log into your BluChip Scout account
Click the dropdown in the top-right portion of the screen where your email address appears
Go to Manage Subscription
From here you can cancel your subscription. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You won’t be charged again, and you can still access all Scout features during that time.
What happens after cancellation?
Your campaigns and sequences will pause automatically
You’ll retain access to your account and past data (but sending will stop)
You can reactivate your subscription anytime by returning to the Billing page
