
How Do I Get Started With Scout?
Getting started with BluChip Scout is fast, easy, and designed to meet you where you are—whether you want to take control of your outreach yourself or have our team manage everything for you.
Here’s how to get up and running:
🔵 Step 1: Choose Your Plan
Select between Self-Service (you manage your own outreach using our intuitive platform) or Full-Service (our team handles everything for you—strategy, messaging, setup, and reporting).

🔵 Step 2: Set Your Career Goals
During onboarding, we’ll ask you a few quick questions to understand what you’re aiming for: internships, full-time jobs, specific companies, industries, or locations. This helps us personalize your strategy and messaging.
🔵 Step 3: Build or Approve Your Outreach Campaign
If you’re using Self-Service, you’ll use Scout’s campaign builder to map out your own multi-step outreach flow using LinkedIn and email.
If you’re using Full-Service, our team will build everything for you—from target contact filtering to writing personalized messages—then send it to you for review before launch.
🔵 Step 4: Launch Your Campaign
Once everything is set, Scout will begin working on autopilot—sending connection requests, personalized messages, emails, and post reactions on your behalf. You’ll start seeing responses come in right to your Smart Inbox.
🔵 Step 5: Track Your Results & Next Steps
Whether you’re running your own campaigns or using our full-service option, you’ll have access to detailed performance metrics. You’ll be able to see who’s connecting, responding, and showing interest—so you know who to follow up with.
