When someone replies to your outreach—whether by email or LinkedIn—Scout makes it easy to keep track, stay organized, and respond quickly.

All email replies go directly to your connected inbox (like Gmail or Outlook), just like any normal message. You’ll also see:

  • A reply notification in Scout

  • The contact automatically marked as “Responded”

  • That prospect removed from the sequence to prevent further follow-ups

From there, you can take over the conversation manually, follow up directly, or mark the lead for next steps in your job search or hiring pipeline.

💬 LinkedIn replies

If someone responds via LinkedIn message, Scout tracks that activity and pauses the rest of the sequence for that person. You can view the reply in your LinkedIn inbox and respond directly within the platform.

📊 Response tracking dashboard

Scout’s dashboard shows:

  • Who responded

  • What step they responded to

  • Their full message history

  • Whether they clicked any links

Unlock verified email and LinkedIn info for your target contacts so you can reach out directly. Each time you unlock a person’s contact information (email, LinkedIn, and more), it counts as a contact look-up. Your plan includes a set number of credits to use toward these look-ups.
