How do I stop a sequence that’s currently running?

If you need to pause or completely stop a sequence that’s already in motion, BluChip Scout gives you a few easy options—whether you want to stop it for just one person or the entire campaign.

🛑 To stop a sequence for everyone in the campaign:

  1. Go to the Campaigns tab

  2. Find the campaign linked to the sequence

  3. Click Pause Campaign

    • This will immediately stop all future steps from sending

    • You can resume it later if needed

🧍 To stop a sequence for a single contact:

  1. Open the campaign

  2. Find the contact in the list

  3. Click the dropdown or action menu next to their name

  4. Choose Remove from sequence or Pause outreach

This is useful if someone replies, asks not to be contacted, or if you just want to handle their follow-up manually.

🔁 Want to stop a sequence permanently?

You can go into the Sequences tab, find the one you want to disable, and either:

  • Archive it

  • Detach it from any active campaigns

  • Or duplicate and edit a new version for future use

Unlock verified email and LinkedIn info for your target contacts so you can reach out directly. Each time you unlock a person’s contact information (email, LinkedIn, and more), it counts as a contact look-up. Your plan includes a set number of credits to use toward these look-ups.
