
How do I troubleshoot login issues?
If you’re having trouble logging into your BluChip Scout account, don’t worry—most login issues can be resolved quickly with a few simple steps.
🔑 Step 1: Double-check your login details
Make sure you’re using the correct email address you registered with
Check for typos in your email or password
If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password” on the login screen to reset it
🌐 Step 2: Clear your browser cache
Sometimes outdated cookies or cached files can prevent a successful login.
Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies
Refresh the login page
Then try again using an up-to-date browser like Google Chrome
🔒 Step 3: Check your email integration
If you recently disconnected or changed your email provider (Gmail, Outlook, etc.), you may need to reconnect your inbox from the login screen or once logged in.
🔐 Step 4: Two-factor authentication (2FA)
If you’ve enabled 2FA on your email or Scout account, make sure to enter the correct code. If you’re not receiving it, check your spam/junk folder or verify your authentication app is working.
