How to add more contacts to My Network campaigns?

When setting up your message campaigns in Scout, the method you use to create the campaign will determine whether or not you can add new target contacts after the campaign is launched.

1. Campaigns Created Using a CSV File

If you start your campaign by uploading a CSV file, you have the flexibility to add new leads at any time. This option is ideal for users who are managing a list of contacts and want to expand their campaign seamlessly as they acquire more leads.

  • How it works: Simply upload a new CSV file or add contacts directly from your CSV list into the campaign, and they will automatically be included in your ongoing outreach efforts.

  • Best for: Users who prefer bulk imports and regularly update their contact lists.

2. Campaigns Created Manually via My Network

Campaigns that are created by manually selecting leads from the My Network tab are more static and do not currently support adding new contacts after the campaign is launched.

  • How it works: Once you have selected and launched your campaign with target contacts from My Network, the list of contacts is fixed. New target contacts must be added to a new campaign if you want to continue reaching out to additional targets.

  • Best for: Users who prefer a more curated selection of contacts and don’t need to continuously update the campaign with new target contacts.

Contact Look-Ups

Unlock verified email and LinkedIn info for your target contacts so you can reach out directly. Each time you unlock a person’s contact information (email, LinkedIn, and more), it counts as a contact look-up. Your plan includes a set number of credits to use toward these look-ups.
