What are the statuses of the steps and actions?

Each step and action within a campaign is assigned a specific status to provide users with a clear understanding of its progress and execution. Here’s a breakdown of the statuses you may encounter:

Step Statuses:

  • Finished:
    This status indicates that the action associated with the step has been successfully executed for all contacts involved.

  • In Progress:
    When a step is marked as “In Progress,” it means that there are planned actions scheduled for the contacts associated with that step. These actions are being actively executed.

  • Scheduled:
    If there are no planned actions currently scheduled for the step, it will be labeled as “Scheduled.” This status indicates that there are no immediate actions scheduled for execution at this time.

     

  • Paused:
    If a campaign is paused, the associated actions will not be executed, and the step will be marked as “Paused.” This status indicates that actions associated with the step will not proceed until the campaign is resumed.

Action Statuses:

  • Finished:
    This status reflects the number of successful actions completed within the campaign.

  • Scheduled:
    Actions that are planned but not yet executed are categorized as “Scheduled.”

  • Can’t Do:
    When an action cannot be completed successfully, it is labeled as “Can’t Do.” This could be due to various reasons such as technical issues, insufficient data, or other constraints preventing the action’s execution.
