
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your BluChip Scout subscription, your data will be stored securely—but you will no longer be able to log in or access your account until you reactivate your subscription.
We do this to protect your information and ensure our platform is only actively used by subscribers who are currently on a plan.
🔒 Here’s what to expect after cancellation:
Account access is paused
As soon as your billing cycle ends, your login will be temporarily disabled. You won’t be able to view your dashboard, campaigns, sequences, or contact data until your subscription is reactivated.Your data remains secure
We’ll retain your data—including your contact lists, campaign history, sequences, and performance metrics—for at least 90 days after cancellation. This gives you time to return without losing your progress.You can reactivate anytime
Simply log in and follow the prompts to restart your subscription. Once active, all of your previous work will be restored—just as you left it.Need your data exported before cancellation?
If you want to keep a backup, we recommend exporting your data before your billing cycle ends. You can do this easily from the dashboard while your account is still active.Want to delete your data permanently?
Just email us at hello@gobluchip.com, and we’ll permanently delete your account and all associated data in line with data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
