Try these first:
Refresh the page or log out and back in
Clear your browser cache and cookies
Make sure you’re using an updated browser (we recommend Chrome)
Disable browser extensions temporarily, as some ad blockers or security tools can interfere with Scout
🔄 Step 2: Reconnect integrations
If the issue seems related to LinkedIn or your email account, try:
Disconnecting and reconnecting your email or LinkedIn account in Settings > Integrations
Double-checking your email provider’s permissions (especially for Gmail or Outlook)
