If something’s not working quite right in BluChip Scout, don’t worry—we’ve got your back. Whether it’s a connection issue, a campaign that’s stuck, or something just not loading correctly, here’s what to do:

🧹 Step 1: Quick Troubleshooting

Try these first:

  • Refresh the page or log out and back in

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies

  • Make sure you’re using an updated browser (we recommend Chrome)

  • Disable browser extensions temporarily, as some ad blockers or security tools can interfere with Scout

🔄 Step 2: Reconnect integrations

If the issue seems related to LinkedIn or your email account, try:

  • Disconnecting and reconnecting your email or LinkedIn account in Settings > Integrations

  • Double-checking your email provider’s permissions (especially for Gmail or Outlook)
